From a family adventure, a strong friendship, and a shared passion for the Mediterranean and its terroir, a unique vintage was born in collaboration with the Hôtel Tuba, an exceptional location nestled in the clear waters of the Calanques.

Bandol rosé, salmon-colored, fruity and elegant on the nose: citrus, fresh red berries, and spices compose the bouquet.
A touch of bitterness on the finish prolongs the palate with a hint of mint.

- Mourvèdre: 27%
- Cinsault: 38%
- Grenache: 35%
Culture
- The methods are traditional: mechanical soil cultivation and organic fertilization, phytosanitary treatments according to organic farming specifications
- The yield is approximately 35 hl/ha
- The grape harvest is done by hand, only in the morning.
Winemaking and aging
- Destemming, crushing and pneumatic pressing
- Cold settling of the musts for 48 hours
- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at approximately 18°C
- Aged on fine lees
- Blending and final aging in tanks.
Storage: 3 years.
Serving temperature: 10 and 12 °C.
